Such good vegan food a little hidden away - Edit
We stayed at La Cocoteraie for a few nights and we struggled to make ourselves leave to eat anywhere else on the island! It's a bit out of the way and sort of hard to find (it's right by the Gili Treehouse, follow the signs to that), though the location makes it a perfect place to stop if you're heading from one side of the island to the other. There are some very good vegan options, plus the staff were super helpful with offering to veganise things that weren't already suitable. Also, big claim, but the smoothie bowl they do for breakfast is one of my favourites I've ever had. I highly recommend the yellow curry with tofu!

I am not able to take alliums and they are able to remove those amd its lovely!!!
