Favorite breakfast! - Edit
In the mornings Sonorita Olas Altas opens the chilaqueria — I ordered the veggie option and the waitress helped me customize my order to be vegan (no cheese, swap for black beans).

The veggie Chilaquiles (make sure to specify vegan!!) are delicious. Also, the smoothies here are amazing. Great staff as well.

Great breakfast spot - nice open-air ambiance, and you can get vegan chilaquiles with soyrizo (or just veggies), as well as vegan horchata. Really delicious - one of my fave spots in PV.
