Delicious vegan food. - Edit
I had the pleasure of celebrating my dad’s birthday at La Chía Vegana in Lake Worth, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is made with so much love and care. We ordered a beautiful vegan birthday cake that was not only stunning but absolutely delicious — rich, moist, and full of flavor, a true highlight of the celebration.
Read moreWe also tried their empanadas, and they were outstanding — perfectly seasoned, with a crispy outside and a comforting, flavorful filling inside. It’s clear that La Chía Vegana puts passion into every dish they create.
This place is a true gem for anyone looking for fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared vegan food. My dad was so happy, and we left with full hearts and full bellies. Highly recommend!
Pros: Home made like, Delicious, Friendly

I'm glad we found this vegan gem! - Edit
It's easy to miss it driving by. We parked in the back and walked around the building to the restaurant's entrance.
Read moreThe vibe was relaxed and peaceful on a Saturday afternoon. There are a few seating areas indoors, and when the weather permits, a patio out back, which I didn't visit. We were told that it is only in use during the cooler months. I was offered a sample of a menu item to help my decision (so kind!). Instead, I ordered the stuffed plantain and my partner ordered an empanada (and after finishing the first, another). Both items were tasty. My dish was beautiful, thoughtfully prepared and satisfying. The owner was away that day and a friend was substituting for her, which might explain why the two orders were not served simultaneously and the second empanada forgotten. However, this had no impact on the pleasure of our visit.
I'm looking forward to returning and sampling additional menu items. Even those who are not vegan should enjoy the food served here.
Pros: Lots of good food options, Friendly staff, Tasty food

So many great options! - Edit
Love the extensive menu and all of the options for empanadas and desserts! My group ended up ordering the Loaded Arepas, the Latino Bowl, the Cubano, and a Falafel sandwich, plus a variety of empanadas and a slice of the coconut guava cake. The standout was the loaded arepa.
Read moreNow for the cons ... I’m not sure if it’s because we came close to closing, but unfortunately, the Cubano did not have very many mushrooms on it (very little “meat” on the sandwich), and the Latino bowl was just rice, beans, sauce, and meat (the picture on the website shows avocados and pico as well). However, all the food was yummy and fresh, and I really do appreciate all the options. Would definitely come again!
Pros: Lots of options, Dessert
Cons: Some ingredients missing

I love the food here. Everything is delicious, but the beef empanada is my go-to. I wish their prices were lower, though; they are a bit pricey. However, the food never disappoints.

We were so lucky to be right around the corner from this gem. The food was so fresh and delicious. We tried the Latino Bowl and Southwest Salad, and they were both so good. You should definitely try this if you get a chance!

Not only is the customer service superb but the food is delicious. The Latino bowl with avocado and a side of plantain is everything! Please don’t leave without a slice (or in my case 2 slices) of the guava cake. I drive 45 minutes to enjoy my meal and it’s totally worth it.

Love La Chia Vegana!!! - Edit
Last year I got food from them to enjoy before my flight back to Boston and they really went above and beyond to wrap my food up, and I was the happiest person at the airport eating my tofu scramble sandwich!! 😍

Great food in Lake Worth - Edit
We enjoyed some great food at La Chia Vegana today. We got the shredded mushroom Cubana and the loaded arepa. Everyone was happy with their food, but I really enjoyed the arepa - something about the fresh avocado took it to the next level. We also got an empanada which was just okay, but a solid option if you want a quick bite.
Read moreThey do have a few tables inside that was suitable for our 4 person group. You can find two tables and some counter space. We also spoke to one of the workers children who was hanging out at the restaurant, he was a gem and gave us some origami!

Delicious meal and charming atmosphere - Edit
This charming restaurant opened up in the new location in downtown Lake Worth a couple weeks ago after being in West Palm for some time. I was in the mood for comfort food and stopped in for lunch. The banging burger and tater tots were delicious and the desserts look beautiful. I will try those next time. The location is on the west side of S Dixie Hwy a little bit south of Lake Ave. It is in the same plaza as the bike shop, just a couple doors down. Plenty of street parking nearby. Can’t wait to stop in again soon.

Delicious - Edit
So excited the new location is walkable for me. Downtown Lake Worth Beach. Cute, intimate cafe. They are still working on some things obviously, like signage for parking and such. Right now, it mostly in the back. Working on am outside dining area as well. Empanadas were amazing as everyone has said. Make sure to try the Cilantro garlic sauce with yours. This will be my regular spot on the weekends until they have different hours.

Pretty good! - Edit
Was delighted to find this vegan option, as I live only 5 minutes away. Pretty good overall. My fiancé was happy with his chicken parm sub. As a plant based eater, I found my Buffalo shicken wrap to be too salty, but I also don’t do a lot of highly processed foods so that’s to be expected. My main feedback is I wish there were more veggies on the wrap!!! Overall happy and will be back when I don’t feel like cooking😄
