Nice food but a bit pricey - Edit
La casona del vino is a very nice place, with friendly and caring staff. The food is really nice. Make sure you specifically ask for the veggie menu! I did however find it slightly overpriced.

Good way to try the vegans Canarian cuisine - Edit
Great restaurant to try the vegan options of the Canarian cuisine (Papas arrugadas con mojo, pimientos,..) They have a vegetarian/vegan menu. Staff is very friendly. Food tastes very good and the portions are huge.
Pros: excellent food, friendly staff, nice location
Cons: very busy. best reserve, no vegan desserts
