Tasty options in a town with limited places - Edit
They have vegetarian items on the menu, my win confirmed no lard in beans or animal stock. The vegetarian burrito was pretty good, the salsa they have was excellent. The have cheese enchiladas and chile rellenos if you eat cheese or egg.

They make their beans and rice with oil only, no butter or lard. Very accommodating! I also am gluten free and they made me a vegan burrito bowl. It was very good and the slice of orange was a nice touch. ☺️
