Surprisingly vegan-friendly - Edit
Wasn't expecting such a place to cater for vegans but they do. They now label their vegetarian options clearly and many of them are either vegan by default or can be made vegan. Their tortillas are a true gem, handmade, this restaurant is an institution in Mexico city. They also have amazing opening hours, from early till late in the evening.
