Probably the best option in the area - Edit
It's not the best place for vegans but they do have several options, which is more than welcome considering the lack of choice around the area we are talking about.

They serve traditional Spanish and Andalusian dishes, it just so happens that many of the ones they serve are already vegan or easy to veganise.
Papas con mojo picón sauce, any of their gazpacho and salmorejo (ask for no egg/ham), the pimentada salad (without tuna), the tomato salad, or the calamares del campo (ask if its served with shrimp or not) are all traditional dishes that you could have as full servings or tapas to share (which I would recommend).

Pros: Traditional vegan-friendly tapas, Staff is friendly and welcoming, What's vegan is actually pretty good quality wise
