Best vegan paella ever

What a discovery! We had a 5* experience thanks to the incredible paella (vegetables chickpeas) and the great service. There are 3 vegan starters in the menu, but the owner said he could prepare even more dishes if notice is given.
Honestly, this was the best vegan paella my partner and I have ever had (my partner is Spanish). We can’t wait to go back for more!
