La pizza è buona, si può aggiungere una mozzarella di riso (e per la mia esperienza è la prima pizzeria che lo fa, quindi un punto a loro favore) con due euro (il prezzo si gonfia, ma pazienza), l'unica pecca è che non si era sciolta completamente ed era rimasta un po' con la consistenza gommosa, probabilmente se fosse stata tagliata più sottile e fosse stata più tempo a forno sarebbe stata perfetta, bello il locale.

Cameriere poco gradevole e pizza normale - Edit
Abbiamo chiesto una pizza vegana (della carta) e una margherita con del formaggio vegetale (fatto con la farina di riso). L’impasto della pizza era buono però niente di speciale. Le mozzarelle di riso non avevano un sapore o una consistenza speciale e per sceglierle su una pizza si deve pagare 2€ in più. Il cameriere che ci ha servito era abbastanza scortese e non gradevole. Avrei preferito mangiare una marinara invece di chiedere un suplemento di mozzarella vegetale e pagare 10€.

1 vegan pizza on the menu or add 2euros for vegan cheese substitute - Edit
This pizzeria has one vegan pizza on the menu and it is the one with a cream base. You can also substitute any mozzarella for a vegan alternative for 2 euros extra charge. Only makes sense with Margherita as other pizzas have other non-vegan ingredients that you would have to opt out for no discount I suppose. 😅
Read moreI didn't like the vegan pizza so much, it was rather plain. The Margherita with vegan cheese had tomato base and it was much better.
There was also another vegan dish - a starter I think, and one dessert but we didn't have a chance to try those.

They have several vegan options. I went for vegan spaghettoni "Opera Mastra" which was great. Really nice wine and coffee. Nice place and nice service 😉

The dough is absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly too. I had the pizza Primavera (ordered it with "mozzarela di rise" instead of its original cow's cheese) and loved every bite. The zucchini sauce they put in it is excellent, I had never tried a pizza like this. The cheese has a soft, delicious flavour which complements the zucchini flowers and diced tomato beautifully.

These vegan pizzas are great! - Edit
I ordered two different pizzas, the default vegan one and a vegan version of a vegetarian pizza (vegan mozzarella instead of dairy one). Both pizzas were amazing! Instead of tomato, the pizzas had a layer of zucchini sauce that gave them, along with the cheese and vegetables, a very soft, nice flavour, while keeping the good taste of a pizza! The dough was very well cooked, providing a satisfying texture and being easy to cut and chew at the same time.

I ordered their “Vegana” Pizza to take away. It was tasty, kinda sweet because of the zucchini cream, I liked it a lot. The melted vegan mozzarella on top was a good match.

Vegan Mozzarella - Edit
I liked this place because you could choose to replace any cheese with vegan rice mozzarella! At first I also really liked their vegan and/or vegetarian markings but then I saw one pizza with meat was marked that way.. You could simply take it off though and replace the cheese with the vegan one! That's what I did.

Really nice omnivore restaurant which also offers vegan dishes. (Also vegan pizza!) Very conveniant: vegan and vegetarian dishes are marked with a sign, so they are easy to find! We ate there a few times for dinner, it was always very good, very nice staff and everytime full, so reservating a table is recommended!
