We came here after reading other reviews but when we arrived there were no vegan options on the menu. The waitress said it was because we were early in the season. The other waiter told us the veggie burger without cheese was vegan but we heard someone else say it came with a brioche bun. We ended up with a pizza without cheese which in fairness was very tasty. No poke bowls or other options sadly!

The La Cantine bowl was absolutely delicious, much more than a salad that I was expecting. It included broccoli, strips of cucumber, tofu and all on delicious coconut rice. The whole thing was drizzled in a really tasty hoisin sauce.

Best vegan options in La Plagne - Edit
As any vegan who has visited the alps will know, finding vegan options let alone good ones can be a bit of a challenge so it was great to see a few options here. In addition to the vegan pizza and the Asian-inspired buddha bowl others have mentioned, we also had the flatbread and houmous starter. All of these were very tasty and it was our best meal of the trip. Some things to note:
Read more* They added vegan cheese to the pizza even though it was not on the menu as they had managed to acquire some. This was apparently a recent development.
* The flatbread and houmous starter was labelled only as vegetarian but we asked the waiter to confirm it was vegan.
* The houmous was listed as butternut squash houmous but we were informed that it was being replaced with red pepper houmous.
Pros: Vegan options explicitly labelled (mostly), Staff understand veganism, Tasty food
Cons: Could veganise more options (e.g. garlic bread)

Good option for vegans while at La Plagne - Edit
1 pizza & 1 Buddha bowl, both good quality but think Buddha bowl was the best option! Staff very helpful with good English. Not all vegan options on the menu (so ask staff) nor are vegan options labelled.

Best food in La plagne 1800 - Edit
The food is delicious, I recommend the cantine’s plate ( Asian inspired) and cantine’s bowl ( Middle East inspired) both vegan and delicious. A lot à veggie options ( burger, pizza, nachos) the ambiance is great
