Many traditional vegan options! - Edit
This is a super authentic osteria and has many accidental vegan options! We had the iconic Maracucciata, which is an ancient legume that has been recently saved from extinction, and is super exclusive. They make it into a polenta. In any case there were other vegan bean options too!
Read moreJust beware it is a super authentic place which means you will encounter a lot of cured hams at the entrance. But it's not to be missed to try authentic Cilento food that happens to be vegan!
Vegan options:
Lagane e Ceci - fresh pasta (without eggs) with chickpeas
Cicci marriati - bean and cereali soup
Ciaurella - fava soup
Maracucciata - ancient legume polenta/porridge
Cavatielli - potentially vegan, do ask about sauce
Pizzette rianata - tomato focaccia
