2 vegane Optionen, nicht sehr schmackhaft - Edit
Es gibt 2 vegane Optionen, was sehr erfreulich ist. Leidest beides Mal Pizza, keine Pasta. Sensible Zutaten auf der Pizza waren verbrannt. Generell reichhaltig belegt aber so gut wie gar nicht gewürzt. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und erschien demotiviert.

Palermo Airport Pizza Option - Edit
Dough and sauce were good and the rice milk based mozzarella did not have any artificial taste, but it’s Naples style with just a little cheese. I got just cheese and basil which wasn’t super flavorful, but appreciated the option at the airport.
