Simple, Healthy and Delicious - Edit
The food here is regional, organic and prepared for each individual. The owners explained everything very well and the atmosphere was very cozy, like a private dining room.

The owners create a small rotating seasonal menu each day. Usually there's 2-3 options plus a dessert option. The entrees I saw were primarily whole foods and vegetable/legume forward- no imitation meats here! I really enjoyed my meal and the portion size was huge! I'll definitely be back.

This was exactly what the doctor ordered. A haven of healthy soul food. Everything is organic and the short menu presents three delicious seasonal meal options that rotate every 2-3 days. I got the Dahl which was thankfully not spicy and my boyfriend got the vegetable pancakes. Both dishes came with a side of organic beets and carrots in a apple cider vinegar dressing with seeds on top. The tea selection was all organic house blends - I tried the maté and ginger tea. Small cafe but it was busy. One person was prepping the dishes and acting as waiter so he was definitely kept busy. I would absolutely make this a frequent stop if I lived in the area!

Je vous recommande cette adresse, la cuisine est bio et de saison. Une petite carte qui change régulièrement, 100% vegetale. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, bref rien a redire !

Good produces, healthy, but very simple - Edit
A lot of effort in this kitchen, good quality in the produces, local, avoiding the main allergens. But the result is a little bit mild flavored : the owner uses specifically little salt to accommodate diatary restrictions and use little spices. A little disappointing for me but my partner enjoyed her dish. 3.5 stars rounded down.

Small café with a seasonal menu that changes every few days. Everything was vegan and the service was excellent. Make a reservation if you want to done in, otherwise everything is also available for take away.

We had the "assiette végétale" and the couscous for lunch.

As a dessert we had the quince/pear crumble.
The portion was rather large as well; but we found the crumble a bit too hard.
It seems that the weekday menu is all-vegan; and that during the weekend the only non-vegan plate they serve is a lasagna. And from what I understood, they are trying to include more vegan options constantly. And everything is organic, which is a great thing.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant.
There are not too many seats so if you can, I'll suggest booking a table in advance.

Changement de Propriétaire. Super Bien reçu ! Le Menu du jour est accroché sur le mur, il est Clair. 3 choix de plats, 3 choix de desserts ! Vin Bio Vegan (sans blanc d’oeuf). Tout est expliqué avec le sourire. Tout est frais et servit copieusement ! Le personnel est charmant et agréable ! Le Resto est propre, neuf et joliment décoré, original même. Enfin, le café est bio !! Venez gouter de nouvelles saveurs, c’est très « Healthy » ! Légumes de saison ! C’est Nouveau à Paris !
