Would not recommend

I submitted this restaurant just to deter vegans from going here! The ‘vegan menu’ was just dishes from the main menu with ingredients removed… generally the most filling elements so we left hungry. No protein in any dish we ordered. The beetroot and fig plate was £8 for literally just those two ingredients cut up.

Barely any effort made at all, even things like aioli was removed rather than replaced (even though this is very easy to source).

Also after I checked whether a dish was vegan – it wasn’t, we were given the wrong plate – the staff were very patronising, for example placing down oysters for non-vegans on our table and loudly announcing they weren’t vegan. Clearly the staff were annoyed to have us there.

So yes, please go somewhere else!
