Dario e Larissa de @labioforneriabakery_glutenfree a Paradiso ci hanno invitate per una degustazione di panettoni che grazie alla loro calorosa gentilezza si è poi trasformata in una degustazione di tantissimi loro prodotti 🥐🍪🥧 Come prima cosa, dopo averci raccontato la loro storia e la loro filosofia inclusiva - che scoprirete meglio nei prossimi giorni - ci hanno fatto assaggiare il loro panettone al cioccolato e alle albicocche limited edition (vegan e gluten free), che era davvero spettacolare, morbidissimo e ricco di sapori 🍫 Come vedete dalle foto abbiamo poi assaggiato anche innumerevoli biscotti, brioches e anche qualche prodotto salato (farinata alla zucca spettacolare e una pizzetta).
Read moreSegnaliamo inoltre che per pranzo offrono delle buddha bowl che si possono comporre a piacimento con una vasta scelta di ingredienti freschi e cucinati il giorno stesso. Tutti i loro prodotti sono biologici e senza glutine e oltre ad una vasta scelta di offerte vegane propongono anche opzioni senza zucchero e ketogeniche, andando incontro a diete di ogni tipo. Hanno anche una grande sensibilità nell'utilizzare prodotti locali e imballaggi e metodi di trasporto il più ecologici possibile 🚲
Oltre a un'esperienza estremamente gustosa è stato un incontro umano davvero speciale e ringraziamo Dario e Larissa per il tempo che ci hanno dedicato e per aver condiviso con noi il loro bellissimo progetto in espansione... seguiteli, perché hanno infatti novità per l'anno prossimo! ☺️

- Poke Bowl: maybe we just don't like Poke Bowls (was our first ever) it was not very tasty. It was just like eating rice with vegetables but without a sauce or any special taste. Would not recoment
- Pasta with bolognese: the pasta was very aldente, a bit too much for our taste, and not special for the price.
- Club Sanswich: this was awesome! Smoky taste and just soo good! We would go down there just for that again.
All in all the prices were pretty high and the portions a bit small.
Pros: Best Club Sandwiche
Cons: Expensive, Small portions

Rather small - Edit
When I got there it was closed out of schedule so I could not try any products. However it seems to be a pretty small shop - I didn't see many products (although it was just after covid so things may improve). If you want to get a meal there it can't hurt to call ahead to ask about the options.
