Great sorbet, disappointing mains - Edit

So disappointed at the dinner tonight. This place looked great and the owner was lovely and welcoming. Athough not a vegan restaurant there were two offers on the menu. Sad to see that one was a salad - and not a very interested one at that. Please please if you are offering a vegan menu, stay away from the salads! This is not the 1970's! We expect something more exciting these days. So much lovely produce in this area, this is a growing market and lots of people will come to your establishment if you offer them some exciting food. I'm sad to say that my companion's dish was 90% rice and watery stock - advertised as a curry but more of a watery soup. Not great at all. What was great was the sorbet. We had rose & lychee and coffee and chocolate. This was superb! The best I've had for a long time.

Pros: warm welcome, amazing sorbet, great location

Cons: boring vegan options , bland vegan options, 12€ for a salad is a bit pricey
