Loved it here

Friendly place, we are so grateful to HC for helping us find places like this. Lovely salad bowl and mozzarella grilled toastie. Gave them a HC window sticker which they seemed delighted about and it was going up in the door as we left.

Pros: A good exercise walk uphill from eurostar

Excellent

Cons: Un peu cher

Cute cafe

Very cute cafe with good coffee. The cheese toastie and banana pancakes were tasty. They had the breakfast bowl crossed off the menu which was a shame.

Not sure (not bad but not amazing)

I had a vegan croissant it was a bit stale and had a slightly weird after taste ( tasted like it was meant to be buttery, but the taste was off).

Ice coffee was 4 to rave about.

My partner got the vegan breakfast that had tofu scrabble (tasted very egg), tomatoes, and toast. He really enjoyed it (personal, I didn't like the really egg taste - personal preference)

Mixed feelings

Cosy nice place for a breakfast in Saint Gilles. Pancakes were very good, generous serving. Unfortunately the pancakes were the only positive thing. Not a particularly welcoming staff (it is on us that we did not see the sign of "no service table" but after 10 min they could have told us?). For a place without serving, the menu is overpriced. 9.50 euro for a sandwich with garlic sauces, two falafel and carrots it is overly expensive, even for Saint Gilles. My chai latte was not good.

MADE MY DAY!!!

This is a cozy spot with great food and drinks! Essentially a perfect café; good for groups, just to read a book, or work as a digital nomad.

I had a flat white, a pain chocolat, their Green Mango smoothie, and the toast of the day--all of which were absolutely delicious! Another big plus: free water.

There were only two things that could be better and they're easy fixes: it was a bit cold inside (many people took off their jackets coming in but put them back on) and there was no music playing in the background.

Super tasty breakfast

The grilled cheese toast and the breakfast bowl with scrambled tofu were really good (just a bit too salty for us). The place is very cute and well located and the staff is nice.

Great Place

We really liked the location – the district is very cosy, it's located on the corner of a calm and steep road and has some tables outside. Also inside it's very cosy. They offer really good coffee and a wide range of sweet and salty food. We liked the bread they serve! Definitely recommendable!

Worth the effort

Friendly, relaxed little café with an adequate selection. Our meals were really tasty (cheese & spinach toastie, pancakes) and the coffee was good. Rolled out the door!

nice vegan food in the south of Brussels

good vegan cafe in a nice area of Brussels near the southern parks. I enjoyed the food, the grilled cheese was nice, but I found that it was slathered in oil - I am by no means against oil, but I don't think that my side salad should be swimming in it. the croissants, cakes and coffee were very nice! overall, a nice place to go for lunch if you are local to Brussels Midi/Zuidstation

Belle découverte !

Étant pas loin de là, je m’y suis rendu pour prendre un café (un Latte Macchiato), et j’ai pu y déguster un très bon pain au chocolat et croissant.
Hâte de goûter les plats chauds.

Cute cafe with delicious menu

Small café with a changing menu. In addition to the menus, there are also vegan pastries in the display, such as croissants, cookies, cakes. The dishes are freshly prepared in the small and open kitchen. Be there in time in the morning because it can be crowded.

Pros: Special vegan menu , Fresh Juice , Fair Price

Cosy café!

Really recommend it! We went for a sunday brunch so there were fewer options then during the week, but they were all really good!
The staff was also very friendly

Cozy plant based cafe

The cafe was entirely vegan with a gorgeous interior and very relaxing feel. The staff were lovely! The coffee was nice and I tried the açai bowl for breakfast which was pretty good.

Cozy & friendly

This is a very cozy café, and the staff are friendly. I had the breakfast bowl, but it wasn't as good as I expected. It was a bit too salty, and they had been a bit too heavy handed on the turmeric. The coffee was OK, but nothing special.

Nice little coffee

I went there a few times during my stay in Brussels because my Airbnb was close by and I really liked it. It's a nice place to have lunch, work a little, drink something hot.

Cute café with delicious juice!

They offered a brunch menu but also croissants and sandwiches. Additionally, they make their juices theirselves and they are sooo delicious. Croissants/ pain au chocolate was okay. Very friendly staff, would go there again!

Pros: Completely vegan, Fresh juices, Nice offers

Best vegan place in Brussels

This place is so cozy and welcoming. All the tables have one seat that's on a cozy bench or an armchair. Lots of people seem to go here for work because it's quiet, and even though all tables were taken it never felt crowded or busy.

The breakfast bowl consisted of scrambled tofu with tomatoes and tempeh as well as some really tasty fresh bread. Everything was very flavlorful. The tempeh slices were very thin which helped them absorb the flavor of the marinade better.

The blue latte is made with blue spirulina and is very tasty but subtle. A great hot beverage for anyone who doesn't want anything too sweet or too bitter.

Pros: Super cozy spot, Delicious food, Located in a lovely neighborhood

Best vegan place in the area

What a wonderful place for a nice lunch. 100% plant-based, the staff is very friendly and the place cosy and welcoming. You can also purchase a selection of their coffees and reusable mugs. I could not go without trying the Blue soy latte - made with blue spirulina (not only pretty but also tasty). And I went for the toast of the day: with scrambled tofu, mushrooms, a real treat.
I particularly liked the focus of the place on encouraging reuse: you can take a coffee to go with their Billie cup and they offer a discount if you bring your own mug.
Would definitively come back to try out their brunch.

Pros: Fully vegan, Original recipes, Cosy place

Brunch with my friend

Firstly, thank you for being open on Mondays and Tuesdays when all other vegan restaurants are closed. Secondly, thank you for offering salty options in the morning!
I really enjoyed the service and the cosy family atmosphere.
The food was delicious and I recommend the cappuccino 😁 with the perfect milk-cafe balance 👌

Pros: First of all, everything is vegan ✨, Nice, cute ambiance and service 💚🙌, Perfect capuccino and tasty quality food 🤤🥰

Only ok

We picked this place for the vegan brunch menu but we’re pretty disappointed by the number of things not available. The food was tasty enough but the service was mixed, overall wouldn’t recommend for eating.
The coffee was good as was the breakfast bowl, if a little pricey for the size.
However when we ordered the pancakes they let us know it would be a different type to those on the menu, they didn’t let us know almost every topping would be different too, so it was pretty different to what we expected, horribly sweet and not something we’d have chosen. By around 9:30 the croissants had all sold out too.
A cool hang out for coffee and maybe another time we’d have had better luck eating.
