oishi! - Edit
The vegan ramen was delicious! There's the option to get another serving of noodles (¥150 for regular, ¥200 for vegan) after you finish, which I happily took advantage of.
Read moreGetting there from JR Ikebukuro: Go out the East exit and make a right. Seibu Mall will be on your right. Go in the main floor and take the elevator (to the right, by designer store) to the 8th floor. On the 8th floor, make a right into the dining area. Head straight - you will pass an information center. The path will fork - keep straight. Kyushu will be on your right.
We got there around 1pm - peak lunch hour. There were people on seats queuing outside the restaurant, and we waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated. They gave us an English menu and took our order while we waited. Staff spoke some English, but you can also just point at what you want on the menu if you're worried about language barriers.
Pros: friendly staff, 80s music
Cons: busy, tricky to find

Very good - Edit
Very good vegan ramen! On the 8th floor of Seibu department store. There is a sign out front that says 'Vegan Ramen' available and the English menu has a page for the Vegan ramen. Very affordable at 1000 yen.

Totally worth it! - Edit
It has a very nice vibe, the attendants are so helpful, understand English right away even if they don’t speak it. The ramen was delicious and has a fair price for Tokyo: 1000 yen. Recommend!

Great Soy Sauce Ramen! - Edit
This was the first place I went to in Tokyo for dinner and the ramen here is delicious. They have an English menu if you want to add anything to your ramen, but the Japanese menu is fine because the vegan ramen is marked in English! The staff are very friendly and understand basic English. The location in Ikebukuru is a bit hard to find because it’s inside the Seibu building. If you enter via the Seibu exit from the train it won’t be too hard. Price is ¥1000 for a bowl of vegan ramen!

recommended! - Edit
The restaurant is in the 8th floor of Seibu Ikebukuro and not too hard to find.
Read moreThey speak a bit of English and offer one vegan option (advertised on the outside and shown on a separate side in the menu). At 1000¥ the Ramen are neither especially cheap nor expensive and an additional serving of noodles (ask for began kaedama) 200¥ seems fine as well.
The Ramen are super tasty and there are lots of delicious condiments on the tables for you to make your food as spicy, sesame-y or garlic-y as you desire.
Cons: Just one option

a bit pricey but it’s worth tasting! - Edit
Vegan ramen ¥1000. you can also ask for vegan kaedama (¥150). it’s a refill of noodle. if you wanna eat a lot, eat noodle first and leave the soap for kaedama. then you can enjoy twice.
Read moreRegular noodle (¥100) contains egg.
Make sure you order a vegan noodle.(vegan no kaedama)

Delicious ramen - Edit
Stopped by here to try their vegan ramen, and wasn't disappointed! It was absolutely delicious.
Read moreThe vegan ramen option is now clearly labeled out the front of the store and on the menu, and the staff also have a basic grasp of English which makes everything easy.
