Something for everyone - Edit
My SO is vegan, so I've been scouting places we can eat together. Pre-made Vegan options are few. (Edamame, vegetable roll, cucumber roll, and avocado roll). I got the vegetable roll which is cucumber avocado & pickled daikon (asian turnip). I was surprised by the pop of flavor. (I hope my SO likes it too.) I highly recommend it!
Read moreFor bowls, you can build your own, but there are no protein options for vegans&vegetarians. There are plenty of vegan toppings tho (avocado, cucumber, edamame, sweet corn, scallions, jalapenos, pickled ginger, red radish, yellow radish, pineaple, and mango). I hope they can let you choose extra toppings free of charge in liue of missing protein.
I wish they would explicitly label vegan friendly or vegetarian friendly for my plant-based friends.
Pros: Decent price for veggie sushi.
Cons: Surprisingly a lack of tofu appetizers., Menu does not explicitly point out what is vegan.
