Just Fantastic - Edit
This restaurant is wonderful in many ways. It is in a great location, along the Love River, with nice views upstairs. The food we had was healthy, fresh, and very delicious. Easily the best meal I've had in Taiwan for a while. Many restaurants here tend to lean on the greasy side, but not this place. They have set menus which include salad, soup, a main dish, tea, and fruit, all for a reasonable price.
Pros: healthy, good value, great location
