Cooles Mittelalter-Ambiente

Das mittelalterliche Ambiente ist wirklich mit Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Der Chef bedient hier selbst und ist zum Thema Mittelalter z.B. auch zu umliegenden Burgen kundig bzw. „vom Fach“ und auch immer an einem Schwätzchen interessiert. Seine Frau geht auf vegane Wünsche ein. Zum Essen: die Speisekarte ist sehr kurz; die Suppe war auch gut, aber z.B. die Bratkartoffeln waren wirklich zu trocken. (mehr Fett, Zwiebeln etc.)
Das Essen hat insofern Luft nach oben und ich hoffe, dass sie hieran arbeiten.

Medieval times meet soya-cream

very special place that does not look vegan-friendly from the outside. but the owners know about vegan diets and help to offer suitable dishes apart from the soups, that were vegan anyway. The potato-vegetable gratin I had was seasoned very well. I only gave three stars since it does not have a specific vegan menu and a limited choice. However, I can highly recommend to visit that ancient place that is being restored by the owners themselves and one can see how much care they put into it.
