In the Mood for Noods - Edit
Great downtown-adjacent Japanese restaurant and bar with a large patio. Only two vegan entrees, but you can't go wrong with either, as long as you like noodles! The tofu was some of the best restaurant-prepared tofu I have had (a tad spicy, so just be aware if you're not a fan of heat).
Read moreMy husband and I also both really enjoyed the braised oyster mushrooms - tender and delightfully lemony.
You do have to specify that you would like all of your items to be made vegan, but the items that can be made vegan are clearly marked with an asterisk.
The cocktails are also very unique and both that I tried were delicious. The bartender also happily substituted simple syrup instead of honey syrup so I could try the Penicillin!
Pros: Knowledgeable and friendly staff, Vegan options are clearly labeled, Delicious and well-prepared Japanese cuisine
Cons: Only two vegan entrees, Must specify vegan/vegetarian for all orders
