Special traditional drink from Amami and Okinawa

Miki is a traditional drink known for health and longevity prepared in both Kagoshima and Okinawa prefectures. It has a special taste and consistency of fermented rice. It was my first time trying it and very much enjoyed! This miki is prepared on Kurima Island and takes a couple of days to be ready to drink.

Pros: Tasty combinations (dragon fruit, mango), Fully and traditionally vegan, Dedicated space to rest inside the market

Cons: reduced opening hours
