Cute little place with great food. - Edit

A great addition to the vegetarian/vegan options in Sofia. Excellent for a quick lunch or a tasty snack. We've had a few of the different options and all were good but our favorite was definitely the potato and pea banista (which tasted a lot like a samosa).

Pros: Delicious food., English Menu, All vegan.

Cons: Not much seating available.

The Best Vegan Banitsa - Edit

This place offers the best vegan banitsa in Sofia. Banitsa is a traditional Bulgarian dish, which is super healthy and this vegan version tastes just like the traditional one, but without the cheese and eggs it is much lighter and tastier. They also offer raw deserts (some with honey, so not all vegan), but the stuff is super friendly and happy to tell you more about the food.

Great place! - Edit

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They only have like five seats i think but that's ok, because the food is very good and this fact excuses the few seating options. They even have the bulgarian speciality but just as vegan. It is kind of a wrap filled with vegetables. Soooo yummy! And try the desserts, very very delicious superfoods.

cozy place, lovely staff, great & cheap food - Edit

what more can one hungry vegan roaming the streets of Sofia on her lunch break during a university excursion with a tight schedule ask for?

I had delicious Bulgarian palachinki filled with tofu, olives and marinated dried tomatoes and took a Quinoa-Einkorn salad with me to have it for dinner later (decent but not too exciting). I regret not trying any of the delicious looking sweets at display.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the place is small but very cozy and it simply has a very welcoming atmosphere so that not only my stomach felt happy & content but immediatly also my mind & mood :)

Pros: cheap & good food, lovely & helpful staff, free water

Terrific Cafe & Store - All Vegan Delight! - Edit

This is a great little spot for some vegan sweets and savories depending on your mood. I got some chocolate treats along with this neat crepe/sandwich/roll up thing that was delicious. And the prices were so cheap. In fact we were about to take my items next door to charge them (the store takes cards, the cafe does not) because I thought there was no way I had enough cash. Which I did. What I got for just a few dollars is crazy.

The store is on the corner and the cafe is just next door. (Note: The above address is correct, it is not on Wm Gladstone which is just one block away in case you are staying at Canape Connection.) The staff are knowledgeable and really fun. One of a couple of stand out spots in Sofia which turns out to be a bit of a vegan heaven in Easter Europe. Who knew?

Pros: Sweet Treats, Savory Goodness, All Vegan - Cool Staff

A fresh and affordable veggie spot - Edit

There is a great range of yummy veggie food (mostly snacks and sweets) and most importantly abundance of vegan options. The place is mostly take-away bu there are a couple of chairs by the window for those who want to consume on the spot. Can't wait to taste more.
