Amazing coffee - Edit
I didn't need any food but the coffee is the best you can get at the station. Proper espresso-based drinks (with oat milk available) as well as filter coffee with a choice of preparation methods (Chemex, V60, Aeropress).

Minimal but few alternatives - Edit
If there are hardly any good options at a town, the sum of the less good ones have to make up for it. You can only one marked vegan dish here, but if you want some change, this is the only Japanese restaurant with a vegan option in Bulle.
