Delicious food with good options - Edit
All around a nice experience. The staff is really friendly and well mannered and was able to create vegan dishes out of non-vegan options, of which there are already a comparatively broad amount of.

Een dag binnen en een dag buiten gegeten. Binnen is wat sjieker. Erg lekkere pasta gegeten, buiten 'biergarten' iets meer casual. Daar plantbased curryworst genomen en die was volgens mijn vriend lekkerder dan zijn dierversie. Ze zijn enorm gedreven om het je naar je zin te maken (maar zitten nog niet echt in een goede Werkflow), aantal werken heel hard, anderen iets minder hard en lijken niet echt te weten wat ze aan het doen zijn, maar wel mega vriendelijk.

Äußerst köstliches Essen mit ausgewählten qualitativen Zutaten. Die Speisen erscheinen von Grund auf selbst zubereitet gewesen zu sein.

Fancy dinner in nice atmosphere - Edit
The hotel is the perfect spot to look at the famous Watzmann mountain while enjoying some drinks or food. We had some really great aperetifs (with and without alkohol) and vegan mushroom pasta from the seasonal menu.

We have been to the Biergarten and Gasthaus within a week.
Read moreBiergarten has a very nice atmosphere and great vegan options (which is brand new and the team hopes it is worshipped by many guests - so please support it!). (Opening times differ from Gasthaus, consult website!)
In the Biergarten you can choose from pland based sausage roll (Bosna), meat with onion-sauce and fries (Zwiebelrostbraten), sausage with curry-onion sauce ( Currywurst) and Flammkuchen (tarte flambée), loaded fries with chili/herbs, vegan bolognese & mozzarella. Meat alternatives are based on The Green Mountain products which are VERY authentic meat-fakes...
In the restaurant they offer a seasonal menu - we had pasta and a very nice salad with chanterelles (Pfifferlinge). Also has regular main dishes: cauliflower cous cous and a filled Zucchini with smoked tofu and bulger. All tasted exceptionally good, you can really taste the chef's cooking skills.
Dessert is sorbet in the gasthaus and beer garden, so not that special but also nice.
In lobby and outside coffee table seating. Rarely vegan cake available, but go ahead to ask for it :-)
Very nice drinks in the bar (open until 10pm or longer).
Kulturhof Stanggass is a brand new location for (cultural and private) events; and also a hotel (**** modern). Breakfast for hotel guests has vegan options (ask beforehands to make sure).
All in all: a very nice dinner and beer garden option to go whenever you are around.
