Cheaper options - Edit
Probably one of the cheaper options for food around the resort. They have a vegan sandwich, vegan rice paper rolls and a fruit salad. You can sit inside in the aircon or outside under shade. It’s located in the town centre and is close to souvenir shops, the IGA and a few other restaurants and cafes

There’s a good range of vegan friendly salads, sandwiches and rice paper rolls. Lovely tea and coffee too. Don’t hesitate to make your purchase as the cafe closes at 2pm and it’s rather popular.

There is another branch of this cafe at the airport. I had the roasted pumpkin and hummus sandwich and it was good. This is a great option if you're traveling out of Ayers Rock airport (it will be cheaper than any of the other restaurants around).

Particularly enjoyed the pumpkin and hummus sandwich. The rice paper rolls could do with more veggies but were also pretty yum. Quite affordable for the resort.
