Best fully vegan meal ever! And in a veg-option beautiful Maui restaurant with view

Couldn't give 5 stars because restaurant is not fully vegan. I have eaten here for several years whenever I am on Maui and they had a vegan bean burger on the menu. But this year (2024) they must have a new chef! I had the most incredible Roasted Kabocha Squash with ancient grains and Mojo sauce. It's the best plant-based meal I have ever had in any restaurant! The ancient grains contained colored quinoa, farro, brown rice, onion, dried papaya, raisins, almond. Yum! plus a fresh sprig of mint and one of rosemary. My non-veg friend loved it, too! We sat outside in our own private covered booth with a fabulous view looking down at the ocean and west side of Maui far below us. I am going back soon to have this again and taking more friends! This entree is served on the lunch and dinner menus.

Pros: Amazing Roasted Kabocha Squash entree, Beautiful view with indoor or outdoor seating, Pizzas and Happy hour

Cons: Outdoor seating not handicap accessible, Substitutions not avail on Happy Hour menu
