Decent options, lunch only, but the campus is fascinating - Edit
The restaurant and the location are perfectly fine, nothing special, but I suggest you have a visit just to experience the campus of Novartis (a big pharmaceutical firm). It's a quiet and car free urban utopia with beautiful wide alleys and bike only streets which I found fascinating - this is what all cities should feel like. If you just want to visit the campus, that's possible weekdays until 7 pm.
