Read moreThe sugar used is also vegan-friendly beet sugar and agave syrup, and the ingredients are selected with health in mind, so it's very safe. There are also baked sweets made with soy products like tofu. I don't have any allergies, but I enjoy these sweets before and after exercise because they don't make me feel heavy. They're very tasty so I recommend them to people who don't have allergies.
I think that if these kinds of sweets became more popular, people with allergies would no longer feel like they were at a disadvantage.
