Yummmm

Got to Tokyo Tofu (sub tofu for chicken) with brown rice. You can sample all of the sauces before ordering. And the tofu is baked not fried! It is mostly broccoli, but the nice thing is its cut into small pieces. Vegan options are clearly marked with the vegan icon. I’ve had other items from here before but my top 3 favorites are tokyo tofu, veggie dumplings with thai chili sauce, and the entree salad with tofu and the sesame dressing. The bowls come in a plastic container with a clear lid that you can reuse if you like. This is fast food at a food court so manage your expectations and you will be fine.
