Krua Kritsana

The waitress was speaking good english and immediately understood my needs but unfortunately the food didn't taste good but very cheap, had to leave a third on my plate. The spring rolls tasted like straight outta a plastic bag from the supermarket. I also expected cheaper prices but they were higher than the average on koh lanta.

in general beware of places that sell everything from thaifood to burgers and spaghetti.

Koh Lanta has boring selection of restaurants, but Krua Kritsana has at least an vegetable food page in its menu. Some restaurants in the island may advertise "seafood, vegetarian food" etc when the menu lacks any vegetarian foods.

They do have more than noodles and fried rice, you may order the usual sweet and sour vegetables and spring rolls. But just the same food as all tourist restaurants in Thailand - amazingly all the restaurant owners assume tourist like to eat those same portions in each restaurant. The food is nothing special.

Serves meat, veg options available. Offers some vegetarian dishes but limited vegan ones which are 2 kinds of fried noodle with vegetables or 1 fried rice with vegetables. Or say "no eggs," "no meat," "no fish," and staff will try to accommodate. Price: Moderate

This was the very best vegetarian/vegan option I found in Long Beach. The staff is absolutely friendly and professional and will help you keeping your food vegan.
