We ordered the bean salad, stuffed grape leaves, and the spinach "pies" (they were more empanadas) which were all wonderful.

The vegan pistachio dessert was very very sweet. It was pistachios soaked in agave syrup with a few spices...soaked for at least a month by the texture. If you like super sweet, go for it.

Read moreI had an eggplant dish I've never heard of and it was delicious. Got bread with olive oil as a starter and fruits for desert, both was included. Paid 10€ for everything including water and tips and was really happy.

For the vegan traveler, you will have no trouble or eating here. The menu is marked with vegan options (although, as with any restaurant in a more out-of-the-way place, you may want to ask to be safe). Plenty of traditional Greek food options that are good for vegans (stuffed veggies, stuffed chestnuts, things like that).
