Very small vegetarian restaurant with vegan options. Located on the hill going up Jalan Achmad Yani, on the left just before Indomaret, set 30m back from the main road. Reported closed, Dec 2017.
We found this place completely by accident while staying in Jasri, Bali - if you pass the statue of the woman carrying mangosteen in Jasri and turn left up the hill, you are nearly there (1km more). The lady at Krisna Javani said she usually closes at about 6.30pm so it's advisable to go for lunch but they are open from 8am so breakfast is possible also. They do quite a lot of mock meats and the food is quite good but not outstanding. However, it is the only vegetarian for a good few miles so it serves its purpose to keep you going!
