Not a great experience - Edit
We had good expectations of this restaurant and had our selection picked out before we got there. Unfortunately none of the food was great. We ordered Hakka noodles which were cold and a little bit of a congealed mess, I literally was wishing we had had instant ramen instead which we had at our hotel. The Szechuan noodles were ok, and the Gobi Manchuria was confusing to our server. The menu said they had a sauce but they only gave me the option of ordering a full dish with rice for 15 euro instead of a starter as the starter was supposed to be dry, which was confusing because the menu said it came with sauce. My wife had the thali which was good but a few of the hot dishes were also cold. Lastly the rice was literally the worst rice I’ve ever had at an Indian restaurant. No cardamom or any sort of fragrance just literally like white rice from a steamer. The service was a little lackluster as well. Never checked up on us and of course the confusion with what was vegan. Also had to ask for a to go box twice

Very good food, but slow staff - Edit
We had great food and lime sodas, so we recommend eating here. The thali was the best! It had different items with various flavours and spicyness levels. Also, the lime sodas were freshly made and delicious. I also enjoyed the dal fry, but it was less special than the thali.

Well located in Hoofddorp shopping street, nice ambiance, good dosas, good service, friendly, pleasant experience. Taste is good as always at other restaurants- this is a new 6th location of this franchise. Also serve indo-chinese food. Nice dosa and sambar with chutneys. Fair prices

Lekker eten en een gemoedelijke sfeer - Edit
We hebben heerlijk gegeten en het personeel is vriendelijk! Het was voor mij iets te pittig (ligt aan mij) maar voor mijn vriend perfect. Veel vegan gerechten en ook veel gerechten met een vegan optie. Als het niet vegan is zit er meestal yoghurt, ghee (geklaarde boter) of kaas in.
