It's a vegetarian restaurant with lots of vegan options, just tell them not to use any ghee or butter, or paneer.

Just make sure to ask them to adjust the spicy levels for you, i personally love spicy food so I don't modify.
Pros: Nice rooftop, easy to veganize the menu
Cons: It was hot outside, but there's an indoors area
