Vegan Bakedpotato on the Slope! 🏂🌨️🥔 - Edit
A great find in the middle of the ski area! I had a baked potato with vegan sauce and grilled vegetables, which was very tasty and satisfying. Perfect fuel before heading out to snowboard — even when that didn’t go entirely gracefully 😄.

Pommes gibt's natürlich wie immer 😅
Der Ausblick ist wirklich sehr schön.
Wir haben das Auto im Tal stehen gelassen und sind 2 Stunden den Berg rauf gewandert.
Das Chili war es definitiv wert dort hoch zu laufen, sehr lecker 🤤
Also Vorspeise noch einen kleinen Salat 🥗, mit dem Dressing dann nur bei der Bestellung auf vegan hinweisen, dann geht auch das.
Und zum Schluss noch einen Cappuccino.
Den den Kaffee gibt es hier auch mit Hafermilch ☕ 🤩
Alles in allem... Es lohnt sich vorbei zu schauen.
Pros: Leckeres Chili, Hafermilch für den Kaffee, Toller Ausblick

Sadly only discovered this restaurant at the end of our stay and only looked at the menu after ordering so I couldn't test it, but: According to the menu they offer oat and soy milk! There wasn't a single restaurant that I visited during my week in Brixen and surrounding that had plant milks, so that is a big plus!

Normally, with the limited vegan options and unfriendly personnel I would give less stars, but considering that in this area they are really the only ones labelling vegan options clearly, offering plant milks, and having vegan options in the first place I think they deserve 4 stars.
