One of the rare/decent meal options in Global Village - Edit
Confirmed with the staff that they do not use ghee or animal by products in koshari (as many place do traditionally). Not the best koshari I had, but the serving size is good and is definitely more filling than other options in GV such as fruits or baked Turkish potatoes.
