Lack of everything - Edit
I tried their dishes few times. Once a burger, another time cakes, seitans, I don't even remember more which ones.
Everytime the portion was too small for this price. I ate and then immediately didn't feel that I ate something, I was really, really hungry afterward.
The burger was burned - was really black and dry.
Another time in my salad I couldn't find a sauce, so I asked the waitress/bartender about it. Aftew few minutes she gave me the same dish, still coulnd't find a sauce, but appeared a sprouts and cucumber, which I already ate before. Funny.
Their ideas for the dishes are good, even amazing, but the whole process of creating them is missing something. I can't find them tasty. In the end I paid quite a lot for the feeling of amnesia - can't remember what I ate and did I seriously I ate?!
Only the cakes are good, but not the perfect.
Pros: Vegan
Cons: lack of tasteness, too expensive for so small portions, too small dishes

Indeterminate but tasty - Edit
I have a problem with this one. They call themselves as "bistro", but the service is a bit like restaurant, plus the place seems more like urban-hipster restaurant than the
real bistro or bar. So a little problem with identity.
But the most important is food and this part is definetely the good one. You will be well fed with food made of the best ingredients, always vegan and sometimes even gluten-free or RAW. The cook and the owner (it's the same girl) knows a lot about vegan cooking and baking. She's talented chef and you can feel the good vibrations and energy in her cuisine.
One of the best things I've eaten in Korzenie (the name means Roots) were soups (always full of taste, very aromatic) and burgers, that are prepared from the beginning till the end by the cook herself. The burger rolls are baked in the kitchen and all the other ingridients are also fresh. The huge plus is awesome vegan mayonnaise! You should also try the bananofee and masalas they're making.
The menu is changing every week so you can always try something new. Beers and vegan beverages are also available in good prices.
Good place for longer sitting.
Pros: Big portions, Quality, Prices
Cons: Service, Location, Cow milk available
