Lunch Buffet with vegan options - Edit
They offer great variety of vegan salads and main dish. I recommend trying it out if you are in the area.

They have a daily vegan lunch main. We had orange tofu which was very interesting. Salad buffet was almost all vegan at the time of our visit. Great value for money.

Korundi has a really nice lunch buffet. There's always a vegetarian option, usually vegan but not always, so better check the daily menu before visiting from their socials or website. I'd give it four stars if there was always a vegan main course option available, as it is one of the nicest lunch buffets in Rovaniemi in my opinion! There's always a nice selection of fresh salads and interesting flavors. The lunch includes a complimentary coffee/tea with oat milk available.
