Feines Essen in schönem Ambiente

Positiv aufgefallen ist, dass es mehrere vegane Vprspeisen und Hauptgerichte (3) zur Auswahl hatte. Glace und Sorbets und eine vegane Apfel Tarte mit Caramel Glace bildeten die Dessert Auswahl.
Bedienung sehr nett, Wartezeiten waren etwas lange, aber das Lokal war auch gut besucht

What. A. Location.

They used to have more, but currently there's two vegan main dishes (one of which local specialty with planted "meat") and they have a salad, starter and three desserts to go with it. Good but not fantastic.

But the location is a sight to be seen. Wow. A huge vault in a 300 year old building, tastefully lit, with a bar on mid floor. If you're in the area and they're open (they close between lunch and dinner), then I suggest you consider this one or at least drop in for a peek.

It's expensive, though, with CHF 38 just for the main dish.
