Vegan platter - Edit
I ordered a vegan platter for take out. I chose the red lentils, spinach, and cabbage dishes. All were very tasty- esp. the red lentils. Nice and slice, too. Reasonably priced.

Appreciate the vegan option! - Edit
There aren’t many places that have a vegan option and actually do it well! I really enjoy my meal here. Only negative is I feel like the flavor could pack more punch!

Top Notch - Edit
Great spot for Ethiopian food! The Vegan Delight is a hearty portion at a decent price, the staff are friendly, and get food to you speedily. Some things are rarely off (the yellow split peas were just a bit undercooked today) but it’s always worth checking out

Amazing Burrito - Edit
I caught them at the Denver VegFest and the breakfast burrito they make is AMAZING. The flavors are so delicious it hardly needs sauce. I would eat this burrito every day if I could. Very filling but not a heavy feeling, just a warm satisfaction and an urge for more!

Got the Vegan Platter and it was very filling and delicious. It was also reasonably priced at $13.
Read moreMy favorite side was the red lentils that had some spiciness to them and my least favorite the yellow split peas that seemed a bit bland.
Pros: Filling meal, Not expensive , Delicious Ethiopian food
Cons: Inside the busy food court

One of my favorite Denver spots - Edit
The veggie plate at Konjo is a favorite! Though it's a drive to the West side, we try to get out there regularly just for this dish. During the summer, the same folks operate Ethiopian Food Truck and you can find them all around town.
Read moreI typically get the Miser (red lentils), Kik (yellow lentils), and Gomen with Dinich (potatoes with spinach), but sometimes I'll double up on the Gomen with just yellow lentils. The injera is my favorite!
Pros: delicious food, friendly staff, both Edgewater and the food truck locations are gr
Cons: Wish they could open something on the East side
Konjo
Thank you, erhubbell! So happy to hear you enjoy both the restaurant and the truck!
