Simple and Delicious - Edit
We were looking for a quick snack and stopped by Kong's while we were in the area. Had the regular bean burger with a kale smoothie, very simple but delicious. The burgers are a little small, but enough to fill me up just right.

This place was great and super easy to find. It's small, only 3 tables, and they don't have a ton of options, but I got the bean burger and kale smoothie and both were delicious. Highly recommended.

I couldn't believe how easy Kong's was to find! Right outside subway exit 5 & 7. We got there and ordered the Beans Burger lunch combo (burger and a smoothie) and I got a green tea latte as well. It's not a huge burger but it sure was tasty! They have Oatly milk and a few other items for sale as well. Definitely take the time to check this out!

Delicous veggie burger in busan - Edit
I highly recommend checking out Kong's burger if you're in busan. I got the bean burger and the green smoothie and both were delicious. I also got a soy cappuccino at the end of my meal because I just didn't want to leave yet. The owner is so sweet. The location is ridiculously easy to find right off the Jurye station.

We stumbled across this place while walking around the area and were pleasantly surprised with how tasty their burgers were (albeit extremely messy but was served with wet wipes).
We both had the lunch burger which comes with a drink and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Would definitely recommend!
Pros: All vegan options and fairly cheap. Great coffee.
Cons: Extremely difficult to eat and very messy burgers.

Kong Burger has a simple menu with good vegan sandwiches that are filling. Do not be intimidated by the Korean menu you see - they do have an English menu available. There are "set menu"/combinations available: a bean burger and a coffee for about 6,000 won, or a bean burger and a smoothie for about 7,000 won. There were many locals frequenting this tiny cafe at lunch time.
It is very easy to find. Take the green line metro (line 2) to Jurye, take exit 7 and it is very close to the top of the stairs. You can find it based on the exterior photo submitted by another user.

Owner is Vegan. She is the original producer of Dajeon restaurant for Vegan. And I enjoyed fresh sandwiches and juice at this cafe.
