Comida ótima! Adoro a ementa ser de pratos tradicionais! - Edit
Comi o bitoque e estava muito bem, estava com grande expetativa no ovo mas não surpreendeu, no entanto o bife era ótimo super suculento e o molho tinha um sabor incrível! Poderiam só reduzir um pouco no sal!

Possibly the best vegan cakes ever! - Edit
It is a strong claim I know but there is no exaggeration here. Saw a review on Happy Cow which said the same. Vegan Cakes are not easy to come by in Lisbon and vegan food in a regular restaurant is unheard of. Me travel partner and I could not really eat together. However this cake is so good that even she a qualified professional baker could not tell it was vegan. I purchased another slice just because your taste buds should be treated to epic flavours.

Don’t miss Kong, and don’t skip dessert - Edit
Kong is a lovely little restaurant that is worth visiting. The vibe is a bit like a hipster cafe and somewhat dated, but it works. The menu is relatively short. I had the cauliflower wings, which were the best cauliflower wings I’ve had (they weren’t oily and had a good amount of flavour). The seitan steak main course was very filling, although a bit bland. The french fries seemed like an odd addition to this dish. The side salad was just right, and the dessert was perfect. I had a berry cheesecake and loved it. If not for the dessert, I would probably give Kong 4/5 starts.
Read moreService is fast and super friendly. Portions are large and prices are fair. My meal was €22 for a starter, main, salad and dessert.
I stopped by for an early dinner and had no trouble getting a table, but when I left (around 8:30 pm) there was a line at the door. Consider making a reservation if you’re going to come past 7:30.

Amazing food and excellent service! Went back to the place a few times during my stay in Lisbon. Me and my boyfriend were really satisfied with the delicious food and great people serving it! Definitely recommended for the typical Portuguese food, other international dishes as well as desserts!

Great vegan food - Edit
The food is excellent. I had the dish of the day (lasagna), some cauliflower wings and an oreo mousse. The wings didn't taste like chicken but were nice, the lasagna was to die for. The staff was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend!

Unique vegan take on local food - Edit
We absolutely loved the food in Kong. From the off the ambiance is casual and friendly but always professional.
Read moreWe had refreshing home brewed iced tea. Our starters came quick piping hot stuffed mushrooms and the croquettes. Both were superb and very subtly flavoured.
The mains were quick too and what a plateful. I had the idea at theFran Francesinha and Su the Bitoque.
Mine was a bread and cheese parcel with saiten, tofu and many other tastes and flavours in a rich tomato gravy. The Bitique is the restaurants take on essentially ham eggs and chips and it was amazingly tasty and we would highly recommend.
All in the meal cost €42 for 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 non alcoholic drinks. Fantastic value
A shout out also to the super friendly staff. #Veganuary
Pros: Fully vegan, Unique tastes , Very filling

Delicious veganized traditional Portuguese food - Edit
We really liked the cauliflower wings and my son loved the vegan francesinha. This is traditional Portuguese food, but veganized. It's a small restaurant so make sure to make reservations or go during a slower time of the day. Overall, it was good food. It's not in my top 5 of Lisbon, but it's a solid choice when in the area.

DELICIOUS!!! - Edit
Excellent food. Some of the most flavourful, wholesome food I’ve had in a long time. I had the “octopus” made of oyster mushrooms. I don’t like mushrooms but I LOVED this dish. All the components were excellent. Every single aspect was full of flavour. Definitely going back to try the other dishes!
Read moreDecent prices as well! My only complaint is the service was a bit slow. The food came out quickly but it was a little difficult to get the server’s attention. But he was very friendly and the food was so good I can’t even take a star off!

Good food, enjoyable experience - Edit
Great variety on the menu, and fantastic that traditional Portuguese food is given a vegan twist. The starters were very tasty, the mains were good but lacking a little bit extra to get the full five stars. Service was brilliant and restaurant atmosphere was also good. Would come back to try more, but have other preferences in Lisbon.

Best vegan food in Lisbon - Edit
I had the steak and eggs and the snickers tart. Both were superb. I’ve never had such realistic vegan eggs/steak— I had to check with the waiter to make sure they were vegan. 10/10!
