All vegetarian Chinese place. Most dishes are vegan. Has mock meats, vegetable dishes and soups. Lunch specials and dim sum. Staff will tell you which dishes contain egg. Reported closed to HappyCow.
Kong Foo is the best thing to happen to Norwich in years. As a vegan, I don't have many options to eat out in Eastern Connecticut. To get vegan chinese food with seitan and not just tofu I would have to drive 50 miles to China Pan. Now I can just drive downtown to Kong Foo. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They have pages of options to choose from, all kinds of mock meats, won ton, tofu and vegetables. I highly recommend the General Tso's Chicken and the Portabello Mushrooms in Black Pepper Sauce.

Darn! CLOSED DOWN LATE AUGUST 2011 - Edit
Darn! THIS RESTAURANT CLOSED DOWN LATE AUGUST 2011, lasted just 9 months, a great loss to the (obviously small) vegetarian community of SE CT.
