The best experience

Stopping here was a highlight of our trip to Japan. We loved it even more than Ghibli Museum.
The family who run this restaurant are incredibly kind and hospitable. They even let us in outside of opening hours!
They are familiar with vegans (bigan). They made an extra calzone for my vegan partner so that they could add a tomato sauce to it, which they made especially for him. The food and mocktails were delicious. We wish we could eat here every week!

Pros: Hospitality, Delicious food, Helpful with translating

Delicious Italian food and very friendly atmosphere

Very welcoming family-run local restaurant about 10 minutes walk from Ghibli Museum. The calzones (fried pizza) are amazing as well as the vegan pasta options. The Miracle Fruits dessert option is also a very interesting and unique experience!

Pros: English vegan menu, Reasonable prices
