Vegan Labelled 'Cig Kofte' - Edit
Not every cig kofte in Turkey is vegan as the companies may use animal ingredients in them to 'flavor' the bulgur. In Turkey, some companies today apply for vegan label to their cig kofte. Komagene is one of them; and I love the taste of it!!
