Great vegan halusky - Edit
It was great to eat the traditional slovak meal I used to love as a child. One of the few places that does its vegan version. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Wish they had more vegan options.

Super vegan bryndzové halušky - Edit
Vegan bryndzové halušky, na ktoré konečne začali dávať aj opečenú cibuľku sú super. Dali by sa ešte lepšie vyladiť a škoda, že je to jediná vegan option. Taká cesnačka, fazuľová polievka alebo guláš vo vegan verzii sú easy a na takéto miesto by sa parádne hodili.

This was my first time trying this traditional Slovak meal vegan version and I absolutely loved it. The bryndza they use is made of cashew nuts and it tastes almost exactly like the original dairy version. The restaurant is always busy but the service is amazing and we didn’t wait for our order long at all.

I have never experienced such service in such a busy restaurant. The food was excellent. I also recommend it to vegans, as the cottage offers vegan "bryndzové gnocchi" made from cashew nuts 🌱 the portion was big enough for a reasonable price.

traditional sheep-cheese dumplings in vegan version - Edit
It is quite rare to get this traditional Slovak meal in vegan version anywhere, so I was really looking forward to this one since I also heard they use the “sheepcheese” from one of the Slovak local brands. The meal was good and the portion was quite big, but I think little bit more salt or additional crispy tofu would be really nice addition in there.
