I had the Miso soup which comes with little mushrooms (that can be easily mistaken for pieces of “meet” as my fellow vegan has commented below) yet as a Polish speaker I can assure you that the dish is fully vegan 🌱☺️

Such a relief to find a couple of vegan options on the menu in Ostrow. We had the 20 piece platter to share, excellent sushi. They some more options I would love to try later.
