Vegan enchiladas to die for

I loved the pablano cashew enchiladas made vegan. The flavors were incredible! The atmosphere was cute, and the service was great. The guacamole and salsa were also great. My husband got the Mexican enchiladas made vegan and they came with beans and rice. Everything was fantastic. I kept stealing his beans and rice because they were so good. I really recommend this place if you are vegan in seabrook! The drinks are good too!

Pros: Enchiladas, Chips and guac, Beans and rice

Fantastic enchiladas

Been several times and the vegan tacos were fantastic. But the enchiladas that they made special were some of the best I ever had. Superb black beans as well. I’d really like if they offered those just on their own.

Pros: Atmosphere , Drinks, Food

Cons: Tucked out of the way in a tiny town.

Great place!

I’m not vegan but I have a severe dairy allergy and that limits my food options. Often times I’m much too scared to even try a restaurant for fear of cross contamination. However they had several decent vegan options available and I just ordered them with meat to ensure vegan diary products were used. Got the enchiladas and the green cashew sauce was delicious! Paired so nicely with the blue corn tortillas. Liked it so much we went back and got the Poke bowl and the Ahi tostadas. Both were delicious but just had to get the balsamic sauce instead of the chipotle as it has ranch in it. Sauce was bomb and paired very nicely. All in all a great place to go but keep in mind the drinks are very expensive and small. I did order the mango margarita and it was delicious but small and cost 16 bucks.

Pros: Solid number of vegan options , Many dairy free options , Can easily order vegan dishes and add meat

Cons: Expensive

Subtle

Ordered the vegan Cashew and Mexican Enchiladas with a side of plantinitos. All the food was very good, but not very flavorful and all of the enchiladas only contained peppers and onions. Only the Mexican enchiladas came with a side of rice and beans. The guac and chips were delicious! Not much else around so worth stopping by, the atmosphere was really nice and the staff were friendly. The place was very clean and smelled lovely. Decor was interesting and crisp.

Several Vegan Options

I ordered the pablano-cashew enchiladas after much contemplation as all the vegan options looked delicious. The blue corn tortillas seemed to be handmade which really added to the dish. We may go back during our stay in Moclips as we really enjoyed ourselves!

Pros: Several vegan options clearly maked on menu , Friendly staff, Trendy upscale environment

Cons: A bit on the pricey side, Limited seating during high traffic times

Excellent Vegan Burrito!

Drove from Ocean Shores after only finding limited options and Koko’s did not disappoint! They had vegan cauliflower tacos, fajita burritos, and cashew “cheese” enchiladas. All were extremely tasty! They were very accommodating and even made me vegan elote - which was to die for.

Pros: Great variety, Delicious flavors

Cons: Expensive
